1. What we collect

Kleerpy does not require an account, so we do not collect names, emails, or passwords. When you upload a photo, it is sent to our server and to an AI model provider solely to generate your coloring page.

2. How photos are handled

Uploaded photos and generated coloring pages are processed in memory to create your result and are not saved to a database or shared with anyone else. Standard infrastructure logs (such as request timestamps) may be retained briefly for security and debugging.

3. Third-party processing

Image conversion is performed by a third-party AI model accessed through Vercel's AI Gateway. Your photo is transmitted to that provider only to generate the coloring page and is subject to their standard processing terms.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use a small amount of local storage in your browser to remember your light or dark mode preference. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

5. Children's privacy

Kleerpy is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
